At Posted Social, a St. Louis-based brand marketing agency, I managed social media engagement across multiple client accounts including Varble Orthodontics, Find-a-Sitter, Hankins Construction and more while collaborating with a team of creative professionals. Each client came with a distinct audience and an entirely different personality, and a significant part of my role was studying each brand carefully, consulting with colleagues, and developing a clear sense of voice for each one. An Instagram comment written for a family-oriented childcare service is going to read very differently compared to one written for a construction company.

My most significant individual contribution was launching Posted Social's weekly email newsletter, a process that involved conceiving, writing, and designing every issue on a consistent publishing schedule. I also applied large language models including ChatGPT to streamline internal documentation, produce data visualizations, and develop social media strategies for clients.

Even after my internship was finished, I continued contributing to the team remotely while back at school, managing client engagement from a distance. You can view some samples of my work with their newsletter below.
